When will my item ship?
Orders will be sent within 1 - 2 working days.
My item hasn't arrived (NB: We cannot refund or replace items that the Royal Mail has lost until the below time frames have passed).
We send our items via the Royal Mail who state the following delivery time frames:
UK 2nd Class - 2-3 working days
Europe International Standard - 3-5 working days
RoW International Standard - 5-7 working days
If your item does not arrive within this time then please note the following:
UK - Non-delivery between 4 - 14 working days means your item is officially delayed. Please check with neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
UK - Non-delivery after 14 working days means your items is officially classed as lost. Please contact us (procedure below) confirming that you have not received your item. We will then offer a refund or replacement. We will use your email as evidence in any claim we take to the Royal Mail and you may be contacted in regard to this.
Europe - Non-delivery is classed as not receiving your item after 20 working days and Rest of the World is 25 working days. Again, once this time has passed, please contact us to confirm non-receipt. We will then offer a refund or replacement and your email may be used as evidence in any claim with the Royal Mail.
Please contact us here, stating your order reference number and confirming clearly the time passed since you received your shipping confirmation and that you have not received your item.
